Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness within the QSR landscape
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and revenue streams for F&B outlets
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and in store promotions to achieve targeted ROI
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to inform strategic decision making and product development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including franchisees, suppliers, and corporate partners
  • Oversee creation of compelling marketing collateral, menu designs, and promotional materials for QSR target audience
  • Plan and execute successful product launches and promotional events with operational teams
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and market share, providing actionable insights
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with product quality and service standards
  • Drive customer loyalty and engagement through effective CRM strategies and targeted outreach programs
