Role Context
This is an engineering internship with real responsibility rather than an educational or manual-only placement.
QA work covers user-facing applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and internal tools.
Interns are embedded in real teams, work with production systems, and develop system-wide quality thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end testing of product features and system integrations.
- Perform appropriate manual testing and automate tests that should be automated.
- Contribute to API, integration, and end-to-end automated test suites.
- Maintain and extend test frameworks and test data.
- Validate interactions between services, clients, and external systems.
- Participate in release testing and regression cycles.
- Analyze bugs, verify fixes, and contribute to root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to improve testability.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Know at least one programming language, with Go preferred.
- Understand data structures and algorithms.
- Understand deterministic and state-dependent program behavior.
- Have basic SQL knowledge.
- Understand unit testing concepts and principles.
- Understand client-server architecture and be familiar with gRPC or RESTful API systems.
- Be able to read, understand, and analyze existing code.
- Be comfortable with cross-team collaboration and networking.
- Be comfortable working in POSIX/Unix-like environments.
Strong Plus
- Hands-on unit testing experience.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Go testing, JUnit, or pytest.
- Understanding of mocking and stubbing techniques.
- Knowledge of Git or another version control system.
- Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, with GitLab preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or another containerization technology.

- The internship welcomes current students and fresh graduates.
- The program expects full-time-level engagement throughout the internship, with limited flexibility for classes or exams by prior arrangement.
- Interns are expected to demonstrate ownership and remain involved in the team context.
