Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging, on-brand social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Drive audience engagement by monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities to optimize reach and impact.
- Collaborate on paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Build community by engaging authentically with followers and responding to comments and messages in real-time.
- Craft compelling written, visual, and video content that brings the hotel's story to life across digital and print channels.
- Capture authentic moments through photography and videography for promotional materials.
- Polish and enhance images and videos using professional editing techniques to maintain elevated brand standards.
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring brand guidelines and creative resources are accessible and up-to-date.
- Design and produce eye-catching marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, menus, and signage that reflect the brand identity.
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation that drive guest engagement and loyalty.
