Role Overview
Alwadi Hotel Doha - MGallery Collection is seeking a Food and Beverage Intern.
The role supports warm, personalized, and memorable service across the hotel's restaurants, lounges, bars, banquets, and events.
The position is based at Alwadi Hotel Doha in Msheireb Downtown Doha.
What You Will Do
- Assist the Food and Beverage team with daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
- Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet service.
- Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before shifts.
- Greet and engage guests, provide attentive service, and handle requests with care.
- Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth operations and timely service.
- Handle food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
- Support events, themed nights, and special promotions.
- Adapt to different areas within Food and Beverage operations.
- Provide feedback and share ideas to improve service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
