Role Overview
Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Hotel Collection is seeking a Guest Relations Intern for an internship in the hospitality industry.
The role provides hands-on experience, mentoring from experienced professionals, and development of customer service and guest relations skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Support check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and other daily guest relations operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate guest activities and special events.
- Help ensure a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
- Gather guest feedback and support improvements with the team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
