The Head Mixologist will lead beverage quality, service standards, and bar operations while supporting the hotel's luxury guest experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Ensure beverage standards across all areas are exceptional and aligned with hotel values.
- Train, coach, and mentor the bar team while fostering continuous professional development.
- Share product knowledge with internal teams and hotel guests.
- Design innovative seasonal cocktail programs reflecting global mixology trends and the hotel's brand identity.
- Collaborate with culinary teams on food and beverage pairings for events, tastings, and VIP guests.
- Develop premium vendor relationships for spirits, vintages, and sustainable local ingredients.
- Manage inventory, waste reduction, and portion standards without compromising luxury quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and local liquor licensing regulations.
- Maintain bar tools, glassware, and equipment for efficient operation.
