Intermediate-Level Mechanical Engineer - Cities & Places

Ability to perform as a lead mechanical engineer.

Experience working in a multi-discipline team with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Construction support services experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience with US building codes: IMC, UMC, ASHRAE 90.1/62.1/62.2, IPC, IBC.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

Professional Engineering registration (P.E.) or ability to obtain.

Experience using building BIM drafting software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit).

Practical, hands-on experience and/or construction support.

Project Management Experience.

Experience with alternate delivery (Design-Build, CMAR/CM-GC and/or EPC projects).

Experience in developing project level of efforts for building mechanical design.

The base salary range for this position is $74,700.00 to $116,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
