Role Overview

Compensation

• The salary is AED 5,000–7,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts from the initial client brief through the final design package.
• Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, material palettes, and design narratives.
• Produce space planning layouts and presentation drawings.
• Select and specify furniture, lighting, materials, finishes, fabrics, sanitaryware, and bespoke elements.
• Prepare FF&E specifications, material schedules, and design documentation.
• Develop detailed technical drawings and interior design packages.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and samples for design compliance.
• Collaborate with visualization teams on photorealistic renderings.
• Participate in client presentations and internal design reviews.
• Keep current with luxury design trends, brands, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 3–7 or more years of relevant luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial experience.
• Strong portfolio showing creativity and technical capability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD, with ArchiCAD preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Procreate, and 3ds Max.
• Strong construction detailing and interior design documentation knowledge.
• Knowledge of premium materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and bespoke joinery.
• Experience preparing FF&E packages and material specifications.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
