Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client calls and inquiries professionally in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate client requirements with internal teams and support timely resolution.
- Document and escalate client concerns when appropriate.
- Follow up on documentation, approvals, appointments, and project updates.
- Prepare emails, reminders, and client communications.
- Maintain client records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with engineers, accountants, and project teams.
