About the Opportunity

Compensation

• Salary is AED 4,000–5,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and relevant exposure.
• Benefits and leave entitlements follow UAE Labour Law and company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify architectural drawings, construction plans, layouts, permits, approvals, and engineering documents.
• Cross-check invoices, BOQs, payment vouchers, completion certificates, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile invoices against BOQ line items and payment vouchers against invoices.
• Identify discrepancies, missing documents, duplicate invoices, mismatched amounts, expired permits, and unsupported claims.
• Verify measurements, areas, quantities, specifications, and other technical details.
• Enter source information into structured Excel files and internal systems.
• Prepare review reports, reconciliation statements, summary schedules, checklists, and status reports.
• Extract and upload technical documents, drawings, reports, and supporting files to government and client portals.
• Maintain submission records, pending documents, approvals, and follow-ups.
• Prepare professional emails, reports, and technical correspondence in Arabic and English.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Candidates qualified as a Civil Engineer, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, or Land Surveyor will be considered.
• Ability to read, interpret, and cross-check architectural drawings, construction plans, and engineering documents.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, sorting, lookups, reconciliations, and large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Comfortable working with online portals and uploading technical documentation.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, consultancy, engineering support, surveying, quantity surveying, or technical documentation.

Candidate Profile and Preferences

• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accurate, precise, methodical, patient, and comfortable handling high volumes of documents and data.
• Candidates should be able to identify inconsistencies, manage documentation, multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally.
• Experience reviewing drawings and technical documents against approvals or permits is advantageous.
• Own visa holders and immediate joiners are preferred; candidates currently based in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
