Role Overview

Employment and Compensation

• Employment type is full-time.
• Salary is AED 4,000–5,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant exposure.
• Benefits and leave entitlements follow UAE Labour Law and company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, construction plans, layouts, permits, approvals, certificates, invoices, BOQs, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile invoices, BOQ line items, payment vouchers, and supporting records.
• Identify discrepancies, missing documents, duplicate invoices, mismatched amounts, expired permits, and unsupported claims.
• Verify measurements, areas, quantities, specifications, and other technical details.
• Prepare reports, reconciliation statements, schedules, checklists, status reports, and technical correspondence.
• Enter source information into Excel files and internal systems, and upload documents to government and client portals.
• Maintain records of submissions, pending documents, approvals, and follow-ups while coordinating closure of outstanding items.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, land surveying, or a closely related discipline.
• Candidates qualified as a civil engineer, architect, quantity surveyor, or land surveyor will be considered.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, sorting, lookups, reconciliations, and large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to interpret drawings, communicate with stakeholders, and use online portals for technical document uploads.

Experience and Candidate Profile

• One to two years of relevant experience in construction, consultancy, engineering support, surveying, quantity surveying, or technical documentation.
• The position requires an accurate, precise, methodical, detail-oriented professional comfortable with high volumes of documents, drawings, invoices, and data.
• The candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, manage follow-ups, and identify inconsistencies quickly.
• Experience reviewing documents against approvals, permits, or supporting documentation is advantageous.
