- Conduct targeted outreach via calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Re engage dormant leads and activate existing client databases
- Identify, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team
- Maintain consistent follow ups and timely communication with prospects
- Welcome and engage walk in clients professionally at the gallery
- Present a clear overview of services and offerings
- Accurately capture and maintain client information
- Update and manage CRM systems with precision
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining
- Self motivated, proactive, and goal oriented
- Comfortable engaging with clients both in person and online
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities efficiently
- Interest in a creative, luxury, and design focused environment
