Responsibilities
- Prepare VAT return workings in line with UAE tax regulations
- Ensure timely filing of VAT returns after internal review and approval
- Perform detailed transaction level reviews including sales, purchases, RCM, and reconciliations
- Identify errors, discrepancies, and incorrect tax treatments
- Assist in responding to FTA queries, notices, assessments, and related submissions
- Maintain and update client records on EmaraTax portal
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Follow up for documents and information in a timely manner
- Communicate status updates and pending items clearly
- Escalate critical matters to senior management when required
Requirements
- Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Articleship exposure in taxation, audit, or compliance preferred
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently
- Immediate joining preferred

Job Description – Chartered Accountant (Tax & Compliance | Freshly Qualified)
- Location: Dubai, UAE

- We are hiring for a well established and fast growing business setup and tax advisory firm in Dubai. We are looking for a freshly qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Tax & Compliance team, with strong exposure and growth opportunity in UAE VAT and corporate compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare VAT return workings in line with UAE tax regulations
- Ensure timely filing of VAT returns after internal review and approval
- Perform detailed transaction level reviews including sales, purchases, RCM, and reconciliations
- Identify errors, discrepancies, and incorrect tax treatments
- Assist in responding to FTA queries, notices, assessments, and related submissions
- Maintain and update client records on EmaraTax portal
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all assigned deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Follow up for documents and information in a timely manner
- Communicate status updates and pending items clearly

- Ensure timely response to client queries
Requirements
- Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Articleship exposure in taxation, audit, or compliance preferred
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT (training will be provided)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and grow in UAE tax domain
- Immediate joining preferred

Compensation & Growth
- Starting salary: AED 5,000 per month to start, with scope to increase up to AED 7,000 based on capability; further revision after 6 months' probation based on performance
