About the Role
Our client, a Tax Advisory and Business Consulting firm in Dubai, is looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage daily HR operations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of HR experience, knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain company HR policies related to attendance, leave management, probation, confirmation, appraisals, and employee conduct.
- Ensure HR policies are properly documented, communicated, and acknowledged by employees.
- Support the implementation of HR procedures and maintain compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records, including late arrivals, early departures, missing punches, and leave records.
- Monitor attendance trends and address discrepancies through proper documentation and communication.
- Prepare weekly attendance reports for management review.
- Prepare monthly attendance summaries and coordinate with Finance for accurate payroll processing.
- Support payroll calculations, deductions, leave adjustments, and related HR requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law related to employment contracts, employee benefits, payroll practices, and HR processes.
- Stay updated with UAE employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation tracking, confirmation, performance review coordination, and employee exits.
- Handle resignation procedures, final settlements, and exit formalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Executive, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles
- UAE HR experience is preferred
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
- Experience with attendance management and payroll support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- English proficiency is required
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
- Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
- The final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
