We are seeking an experienced
Interior Design Manager
to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will lead residential high-rise interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring spaces are functional, safe, and visually compelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design for residential high-rise apartment projects
- Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Translate design concepts into layouts, mood boards, and material selections
- Manage costs, sourcing, and coordination with external design agencies
- Supervise teams including designers, engineers, and CAD draftsmen
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure designs align with company standards and industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum
- 15 years’ experience
- in interior design (minimum
- 5 years
- in complete residential high-rise projects)
- Proven experience independently handling
- residential apartment design & ID finalization
- Strong expertise in layouts, lighting, materials, finishes, and custom furniture
- Proficient in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Illustrator
- or similar tools
- Excellent design portfolio
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
