- Lead the day to day management of interior design projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
- Oversee the development of design concepts, layouts, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals
- Act as the main point of contact for consultants and contractors, maintaining clear communication across all project phases
- Coordinate with internal teams, including development, design, and commercial, to meet key milestones and ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning to maintain cost control and operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor the design team, allocating tasks and ensuring a collaborative and productive working environment
- Manage vendor and contractor selection to support design delivery and maintain quality standards
- Ensure all design work complies with local regulations, codes, and internal design standards
- Support business development efforts by contributing to design proposals and client presentations
- Stay informed on global design trends and innovations to bring fresh thinking to ongoing and future projects
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in interior design, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- 3+ years of UAE experience
- Strong knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite
- Experience working in fast paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- A hands on approach with the ability to oversee both creative and technical aspects of design
- Familiarity with regional codes, regulations, and authority approval processes is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
