- Build, mentor, and lead high performing commercial and contracts teams.
- Establish and continuously improve commercial governance, processes, and controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 20 years' experience in commercial and contracts management
- At least 10 years of experience delivering major luxury hospitality or 5 star hotel projects
- Extensive experience within an engineering, architecture, project management, or multidisciplinary consultancy
- Advanced knowledge of FIDIC contracts, contract administration, commercial management, procurement, and claims
- Demonstrated experience leading commercial teams on large, complex developments
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing major project budgets
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities
- MRICS or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable

The Role
