About the Role

- Focus on hiring Design & Development mid senior level roles with tier 1 Real Estate Developers across the GCC
- Support the Director with filling vacancies
- Ensure the database is accurate, complete and up to date
- Conduct thorough candidate qualification interviews
- Maintain high standards of interview preparation for both candidates and clients
- Ensure every CV sent to a client is accurate, tailored and professionally presented
- Consistent posting of FPA content online for marketing
- Generate leads from candidates
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in the built environment (Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Data Centres, Power)
- Passionate about recruitment and want more than an 8 5 job
- High energy and enthusiasm to contribute to company culture
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient and willing to deal with setbacks
- UAE experience is preferred, not mandatory

Role Overview
- The position will focus on hiring Design & Development mid senior level roles with tier 1 Real Estate Developers across the GCC.
- This is a delivery focused role that will support the Director with filling vacancies, not business development.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Ensure the database is accurate, complete and up to date at all times.
- Candidate interviews: ensure thorough candidate qualification regardless of workload.
- Maintain high standards of interview preparation for both candidates and clients.
- Ensure every CV sent to a client is accurate, tailored and professionally presented.
- Maintain a healthy balance between quality and quantity.
- Marketing: consistent posting of FPA content online.
- Lead generation: generating leads from the candidates that you speak with.
- Speed: quick reactions, posting adverts and calling candidates immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in the built environment (Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Data Centres, Power).
- Passionate about recruitment and want more than an 8 5 job.
- High energy and enthusiasm to contribute to our company culture.
