Integrity Advisor

We have three permanent full-time Integrity Advisor opportunities within TAFE NSW, offering the chance to contribute to a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical conduct across the organisation. In this role, you will assess and triage reports of serious wrongdoing, misconduct and Public Interest Disclosures (PIDs), undertake preliminary enquiries, analyse complex information, and provide advice that supports sound decision-making and legislative compliance.

As a trusted adviser, you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders to manage integrity-related matters with professionalism and discretion. Working within a collaborative and supportive team environment, you will contribute to shared workloads, apply sound risk assessment practices, and escalate matters where appropriate to help protect the reputation and interests of TAFE NSW.

About you You are a highly analytical and emotionally intelligent professional who can identify key issues, connect information that may not be immediately obvious, and undertake preliminary enquiries to support informed outcomes. You are confident navigating sensitive and complex situations, demonstrating resilience, sound judgement and the ability to remain composed when supporting individuals experiencing heightened emotions.

To be successful, you will bring knowledge of the Public Interest Disclosure Act and the NSW ICAC Act, together with experience interpreting legislation, governance frameworks, policies and compliance requirements. You will hold a degree in Law, Government Administration, Business or Human Resources, and be recognised for your ability to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders, work collaboratively within a collegial team environment, and provide clear, practical advice on complex matters.
