This is an exciting opportunity to join TAFE NSW as an Exam Supervisor within our Class Support team. We are actively building a casual Talent Pool across our TAFE NSW campuses in Coffs Harbour, Nambucca Heads, Grafton, Yamba, Cessnock, Maitland, Muswellbrook, Kurri Kurri, Port Macquarie, Taree, Kempsey and Kingscliff for future casual opportunities as they arise, subject to campus requirements and availability.
In this role, you’ll be essential to maintaining the integrity of the exam process and creating a positive experience for students. You’ll ensure exams run smoothly, adhere to compliance standards, and contribute to consistent, high-quality supervision practices. Please note: These are casual positions. Hours of work will vary based on operational requirements, and there is no guarantee of ongoing or regular shifts.

Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate groups of students effectively
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage exam-related clerical and administrative tasks with effective communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to different exam formats and student needs
A commitment to integrity, compliance, and quality standards
Proficiency in relevant IT systems and administrative software
