Network Administrator

The Network Administrator is responsible for the installation, monitoring and maintenance of the organisation’s Digital Systems Group data network and structured cabling with highly regarded skills as:

Strong understanding of network switching and routing protocols, DNS, DHCP, 802.11x, Structed Cabling standards and HPE/Juniper and FortiGate Firewall products.

Demonstrated ability to maintain and support enterprise-grade wired, wireless technologies in a complex mission-critical network environment using a service management framework to provide capacity, availability, problem, and incident management.

Demonstrated ability to work in a highly distributed NSW team along with the ability to be self-motivated and work in an unsupervised environment as an independent, self-managed multi-skilled IT Network professional.

We are seeking a capable and energetic IT Professional with excellent communication skills and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative. With willingness to learn and a passion for continuous improvement, you’ll have broad range of systems knowledge with a strong understanding of networking.
