Vistas Global is hiring an Integration Lead in Qatar for banking and BFSI integration work.
The role designs, implements, and manages enterprise integration solutions across IT and business applications.
The position leads the middleware team and oversees the integration lifecycle from requirements through support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise integration design and implementation using IBM ACE and other middleware technologies.
- Manage and mentor the middleware and integration team.
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable integration architectures.
- Use Java, Spring, microservices, APIs, messaging, Kafka, MQ, HTTP, and Pub/Sub.
- Drive documentation, code reviews, quality standards, and Agile SDLC practices.
- Configure, administer, and support the IBM ACE platform.
- Work with cloud, containers, API gateways or mesh, and GitOps or CI/CD.
- Apply enterprise integration patterns and industry best practices.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into effective integration solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- 12–15 years of experience in integration, middleware, solution architecture, or enterprise integration is required.
- Strong IBM ACE or App Connect Enterprise experience is preferred.
- Banking or BFSI experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, architecture, and stakeholder-management skills are required.
- Hands-on experience with modern integration, API, cloud, and microservices technologies is required.
- Open Banking and BIAN standards knowledge is preferred.

- Integration architecture, Java, Spring, and microservices.
- API development and integration, Apache Kafka, MQ, messaging, and Pub/Sub.
