  • Integration Architect to design, manage, maintain, and enhance all system integrations associated with the Digital Procurement Platform (DPP), powered by Ivalua (v182), including its integration with Oracle Financials--Must
  • Maintain the end-to-end integration architecture for DPP is THE MUST
  • Design and maintain integrations between: (Ivalua and Oracle Financials (core ERP integration))is MUST
  • Hands on of REST, SOAP APIs , JSON, XML, XSLT--Must
  • Experience with middleware tools--Must
  • ObjectiveThe Ministry seeks to engage a qualified Integration Architect to design, manage, maintain, and enhance all system integrations associated with the Digital Procurement Platform (DPP), powered by Ivalua (v182), including its integrationwith Oracle Financials and other internal/external systems. The objective is to ensure high availability, data integrity, scalability, and continuous improvement of all integration touchpoints across the federal procurement ecosystem.
  • Scope of Work2.1 Integration Architecture & DesignThe vendor resource shall:
  • Define and maintain the end-to-end integration architecture for DPP
  • Design and maintain integrations between:o Ivalua and Oracle Financials (core ERP integration)o Federal entities’ systemso Third-party platforms (e.g., supplier punch-in / punch-out systems)
  • Establish and maintain standards, protocols, and documentation for allintegrations2.2 Integration Operations & MaintenanceThe vendor resource shall:
  • Manage and maintain all existing integration touchpoints
  • Ensure continuous uptime, reliability, and performance
  • Monitor data flows to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution2.3 Enhancements & OptimizationThe vendor resource shall:
  • Continuously improve integration performance and stability
  • Conduct periodic reviews and revamp of existing integrations
  • Implement automation and standardization where applicable2.4 New IntegrationsThe vendor resource shall:
  • Design and implement new integrations, including:o Punch-in / punch-out integrations with supplierso Integration with new federal entitieso API-based integrations with external systems
  • Ensure compliance with MoF architecture, security, and governance standards2.5 Monitoring, Support & Incident ManagementThe vendor resource shall:
  • Implement proactive monitoring mechanisms for all integrations
  • Manage incident tickets and service requests within defined SLAs
  • Maintain dashboards and logs for integration performance tracking2.6 Governance, Security & ComplianceThe vendor resource shall:
  • Ensure compliance with:o Federal procurement and IT governance frameworkso Data security and privacy requirementso Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access controls3. Vendor & Resource RequirementsThe vendor resource shall:
  • Deploy a qualified Integration Architect with:o 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, with a specific experience of 5+ in Ivalua integrationso Proven expertise in ERP integrations (Oracle preferred)
  • Ensure continuity of resources and no disruption to operations4. Security Clearance & Compliance RequirementsDue to the sensitive nature of federal systems, the proposed resource must comply with security and onboarding requirements, including:
  • Submission of professional references from current and previous employers(minimum last two organizations), including contact details
  • Provision of valid identification and nationality documentation, includingpassport details
  • Completion of mandatory medical check and report
  • Disclosure of required personal information strictly for government complianceand security purposesAll information shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection andprivacy regulations.5. Governance & ReportingThe vendor shall:
  • Participate in regular governance meetings (weekly/monthly)
  • Provide structured status reports, including:o Integration healtho Risks and issueso Performance metrics
  • Escalate critical risks and issues in a timely and structured manner
  • Technical skills

• Ivalua L3 Integration Certified

  • Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs
  • Hands-on with JSON, XML, XSLT
  • Experience with middleware tools
  • Understanding of SFTP and batch integrations
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills Skills: oracle,integration,procurement,design
