Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective individual and corporate clients
- Assess clients' protection and investment needs and recommend suitable MetLife Gulf insurance solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, explaining policy features and benefits
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Provide ongoing policy servicing, respond to customer inquiries, and support claims related questions in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records, meet sales and service targets, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards
Requirements
- Strong expertise in insurance products and services, including Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
- Proven ability in Insurance Sales, with experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Solid understanding of Finance and financial planning principles relevant to insurance solutions
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long term client relationships
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work in a target driven environment and manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the UAE insurance market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Insurance Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Insurance Agent will identify and engage prospective individual and corporate clients, assess their protection and investment needs, and recommend suitable MetLife Gulf insurance solutions.
- The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, explaining policy features and benefits, and guiding clients through the application and underwriting process.
- The Insurance Agent will provide ongoing policy servicing, respond to customer inquiries, and support claims related questions in coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications
