Job Purpose
- We are seeking a customer oriented individual to join our company as a Customer Loyalty Specialist.
- As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting new customers shortly after onboarding to introduce the company, confirm policy details and ensure a smooth start.
- Your primary focus will be to conduct customer welcome calls and identify any early concerns or needs.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales preferred
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory (Russian is preferred)
