On-site Insurance Agent position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses on identifying clients, assessing needs, and recommending life, health, and savings insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and conduct needs assessments.
- Recommend insurance and investment solutions aligned with the product portfolio.
- Meet clients, explain policy features, prepare quotations, and process applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
- Manage client relationships, policy renewals, and basic claims-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver efficient service.
- Support business development activities and sales campaigns.
- Stay current on market trends and product updates.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, client relationship management, and negotiation skills are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Ability to perform basic financial analysis and match products to client needs.
- Organizational and time-management skills are needed to manage accounts, leads, and records.
- Previous insurance, financial services, or sales experience is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of Gulf or UAE insurance regulations is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Insurance or financial planning certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset.
- Candidates should be comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
