This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Insurance Agent advises individual and corporate clients on protection and investment needs.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for and qualify leads and conduct needs-based consultations.
- Prepare quotations and explain policy features, terms, and benefits clearly.
- Recommend suitable insurance products and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Maintain customer relationships and handle policy servicing requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and intermediaries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Meet sales targets, provide follow-up, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in insurance sales and insurance, with the ability to match client needs to suitable solutions.
- Experience in insurance brokerage and finance, including basic financial analysis and investment-linked products.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in life and health insurance or related financial services in the Gulf region is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Ability to work toward sales targets, manage time, and handle multiple client accounts.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional insurance or financial certifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other regional languages are an asset.
