The Opportunity
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth, market share, optimal business mix, and quality objectives.
Identify and capitalize on Bancassurance opportunities with existing and prospective banking partners.
Lead, coach, and manage Sales Managers, Insurance Advisors or Specialists, and Relationship Managers.
Work Location
- The role is located at the Dafza and Dubai Hills offices, alternatively.
Business and Sales Leadership
- Oversee the insurance business within designated banking partners across Term Life, Accident & Health, Variable Universal Life, and future product lines.
- Develop strategic initiatives to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Identify new partnerships, distribution channels, customer segments, and industry verticals.
Team and Partner Management
- Lead, mentor, coach, and support Insurance Advisors, Insurance Specialists, and Relationship Managers.
- Build strong relationships with management and cross-functional teams to develop efficient, customer-centric solutions.
