Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role serves individual and corporate clients with insurance and investment products.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients, assess their protection and financial needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations and proposals, and explain policy terms.
- Support applications through underwriting and policy issuance.
- Maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries, and manage policy changes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and intermediaries to deliver customer service.
- Monitor market trends, comply with regulations, and contribute to sales targets and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in insurance, insurance sales, and insurance brokerage.
- Knowledge of finance, basic financial planning, and investment-linked insurance solutions.
- Excellent customer service, relationship-building, active listening, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales or client-facing experience; insurance or financial services experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet sales and service targets.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
