Instructor of English

Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dedicated and innovative Instructor of English to join our College of Arts, Education & Social Sciences. This full-time faculty position is pivotal in advancing our mission by delivering student-centered teaching and employing cutting-edge methodologies to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining curricula, assessing student performance, and ensuring that course quality meets accreditation standards. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the Instructor will contribute to research initiatives, actively participate in departmental activities, and support student initiatives, all of which are integral to promoting academic excellence and fostering student success at our Abu Dhabi Campus. The Instructor-CAESS is essential in advancing the College of Arts, Education & Social Sciences' mission by delivering student-centered teaching and utilizing innovative methodologies to improve learning outcomes and engagement. This role supports departmental and institutional goals by developing curricula, assessing student performance, and ensuring course quality aligns with accreditation standards. Additionally, the Instructor contributes to research, participates in departmental activities, and supports student initiatives, thereby enhancing the institution's academic excellence and fostering student success.
