Job Description
- Set up, operate, and provide ongoing support for audio-visual systems.
- Manage sound systems, LED displays, microphones, lighting, and related technologies.
- Ensure system readiness before events and provide real-time technical support during live sessions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet event requirements.
- Maintain reliable, uninterrupted, and professional AV execution across university events.
Technical and Professional Profile
- Advanced knowledge of audio-visual systems, sound engineering, and lighting control is expected.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed for stakeholder coordination.
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, time management, and adaptability are important.
- Fluency in English is expected, while additional language proficiency is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications and experience are expected.
- A Bachelor’s degree and certifications in AV systems are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office or familiarity with healthcare systems is not stated; MS Office is listed as a preferred general tool.
