Requirements
- Experience in instructional design and eLearning development
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, or similar tools
- Experience with AI assisted content creation tools
- Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards
- Strong visual design and multimedia production skills
- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.)
- Experience developing corporate leadership or compliance training
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer & AI eLearning Developer to transform existing PowerPoint based leadership training materials into engaging, interactive digital learning experiences for a corporate audience.
- This is a creative and instructional design role, ideal for someone who combines strong learning design expertise with modern AI powered content creation tools.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate existing PowerPoint training materials.
- Redesign content into engaging, learner centric digital experiences.
- Improve content flow, structure, and instructional design.
- Simplify complex concepts for learners with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Develop interactive eLearning modules incorporating AI generated visuals, professional voice over, animations, motion graphics, short explainer videos, interactive scenarios, knowledge checks, quizzes, branching scenarios, and gamification elements.
- Produce SCORM/xAPI compliant courses for LMS deployment.
- Ensure accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy.

Nice to Have
- Experience developing corporate leadership or compliance training.
- Experience designing for global and diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience with AI assisted course development.
- Video editing and motion graphics.
- Graphic illustration skills.
Contract Details
- Duration: Initial 5–10 day paid project to develop sample modules, with the opportunity for a longer term engagement if the project is approved.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Location: Remote.
