Job Description
- Inline inspection and classification of the rolled product as per standard.
- Report non conformities immediately to the mills for corrective action to minimize production of non-confirming product.
- Shall be responsible for performing all inspection functions, identification and segregation of Nonconforming items, as specified in the QS Program to ensure compliance to applicable Standards, ASME Code and Customer requirements.
- Carry out re-inspection after rectification/retesting to classify.
- Re inspection to also record the results of inspection, calculate the number of defects, and prepare inspection and test reports.
