About the Role
AECOM is seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector to monitor and ensure all architectural engineering aspects of a project comply with plans, codes, and specifications. The role involves site inspections, reviewing contractor documents, coordinating with teams, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure all architectural engineering aspects are carried out per inspection plan/drawings/codes and specifications
- Liaise with Senior Architectural Engineer and other Engineers and Managers to provide support and guidance
- Review and monitor variations to mitigate time and cost impacts
- Monitor contractor's compliance with approved Quality Control Plan
- Perform architectural inspections and material inspections
- Issue NCRs to contractors and assist in corrective actions
- Prepare daily logs and reports, maintain records of submittals and inspections
- Monitor and report on HSE related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or relevant degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction

- Liaising with the Senior Architectural Engineer and other Engineers and Managers.
- Review and monitor variations to mitigate time and cost impacts.
- Monitor contractor's compliance with approved Quality Control Plan.
- Monitor safety aspects when dealing with architectural installations.
- Provide reports on progress of architectural aspects.
- Assist in expediting NOCs from relevant authorities.
- Maintain full site records including daily site diaries and monthly progress photography.
- Perform architectural inspections and material inspections.
- Issue NCRs to contractors and assist in corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance of architectural works to design requirements.
- Preparing daily logs and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or relevant degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction.
