About the Role
VAAO ADVERTISING is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to filter and qualify leads, engage in initial outreach, and support the sales team. The role requires experience in advertising, printing, or exhibition industries and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Filter and qualify leads from various sources (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Engage in initial outreach to assess prospect’s needs and readiness to buy
- Categorize leads based on potential and sales stage, hand off qualified leads to Sales Executives
- Gather information to build lead profiles
- Ensure seamless alignment between marketing, sales, and CRM platforms
- Set up, monitor, and optimize lead flow from marketing to sales
- Generate and analyze reports on lead quality, sales performance, and funnel efficiency
- Work on automating sales processes
- Track customer journey data and optimize process from lead generation to conversion
- Communicate with clients to identify project requirements, scope and objectives
- Go out in field generating new leads, giving sales pitches, meeting clients
- Lead generation & prospecting through LinkedIn, Google, cold calls
Requirements
- Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Advertising, Printing, Exhibition is preferred
- Prior Sales experience in Digital Printing/ Signages /Advertising / Exhibitions / Interiors / FMCG / Electronics / Sports / Medical / Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical industry is ++
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Team management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong Organizational skill
- Attentive to every detail
- UAE Driver’s License is an added advantage
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Technical or Engineering
- At least one year experience as a Sales Executive
- Fluency in Hindi, English, Malayalam, Kanada

- We are an 18 year old leading full service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City.
Key Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
