About the Role
Rotork is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to provide exemplary customer service and manage order developments. You will carry out contract reviews, liaise with customers and internal departments, and ensure accurate quotations and order processing.

Responsibilities
- Carry out contract reviews of customers’ orders
- Liaise and use negotiation skills with both customers and internal departments regarding delivery or special requirements
- Organise working day to ensure priorities are addressed and customer expectations are met
- Respond swiftly and accurately to all customer queries within pre agreed timescales
- Produce Sales Quotations, Pre qualification documents, Technical Proposals and other information required by customer
- Ensure accuracy of quotations, technical documentation, customer Purchase Orders and related documentation
- Execute/process the purchase order to meet customer delivery requirements
Requirements
- Technical education, preferably Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 1 2 years’ experience in application engineering or inside sales
- Ability to interact with customers on routine basis and demonstrate high level of Customer Service
- Motivated, self starter and able to work independently
- Enthusiastic, goal oriented and eager to meet or exceed departmental objectives
- Fluent English spoken
- Good communication skills, customer focused, ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail and ability work under pressure

Job Description
- This is a key role in providing exemplary levels of customer service to our global customers, ensuring order developments are managed efficiently in a proactive manner.
- Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work as part of a larger team who liaise with multiple departments across the business ensuring updates on orders are precise and accurate.
- In this role you will carry out contract reviews of customers’ orders, liaise and use negotiation skills with both customers and internal departments regarding delivery or special requirements and organise your working day to ensure priorities are addressed, customer expectations are met and interna
- This role would suit a person who can build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments and has the ability to work well under pressure.
Experience Requirements
- Technical education, preferably an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Other engineering fields or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 1 2 years’ experience in application engineering or inside sales is desired.
- Pneumatics/hydraulics applications engineering/controls experience a plus
- Ability to interact with customers on routine basis and demonstrate a high level of Customer Service.
- Motivated, self starter and able to work independently.
- Enthusiastic, goal oriented and eager to meet or exceed departmental objectives and project deadlines.
- Fluent English spoken

- Good communication skills, customer focused, ability to multitask and good at executing tasks
- Good attention to detail and ability work under pressure

- Produces Sales Quotations, Pre qualification documents, Technical Proposals and any other form of information required by the customer / potential customer.
- Ensures accuracy of quotations, technical documentation, customer Purchase Orders and any other related documentation to process the customer’s order.
- Executes/processes the purchase order to meet the customer delivery requirements.
