Job Description

  • Rotork is entering an exciting phase of its growth plus strategy.
  • We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Water & Power (W&P) end market in the Middle East and Africa region.
  • You'll take ownership of one of our most strategically important sectors.
  • This is a high impact role where you’ll shape commercial direction, unlock new opportunities, and drive meaningful growth.
  • You’ll be the force behind strengthening our presence in critical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver and exceed W&P sector sales targets
  • Lead account development and drive long term growth
  • Own sector P&L and ensure profitable performance
  • Coach and develop sales teams to deepen customer penetration
  • Provide market intelligence and support product roadmap development
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and strong channel performance
  • Lead W&P focused campaigns, events, and new product introductions
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Strategy, and Services

What You Bring

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Senior sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (7+ years)
  • Proven track record of commercial success
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast changing environment
  • Integrity, cultural awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking
