Job Overview

Inside Sales Responsibilities
- Understand RFQs and project specifications to prepare accurate and timely quotations specifically for electric actuators and associated spares
- Prioritize and handle urgent or quick quotation requests efficiently, ensuring minimal turnaround time
- Provide technical support and address queries from internal teams and external customers related to electric actuator selection, configuration, and applications
- Review customer requirements to ensure correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance of electric actuator solutions
- Coordinate with contracts, engineering, and service teams for technical clarifications and order execution support
- Respond promptly to customer communications (emails and calls) with a proactive and solution oriented approach
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure error free and competitive quotations aligned with customer specifications
