Role Overview

  • The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through proactive phone based engagement with customers. This role focuses on managing a defined portfolio, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, conduct outbound sales calls to generate revenue.
  • Educate customers on Hilti products, services, and aftercare, emphasizing cost efficient solutions.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and present Hilti’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with store reps and field account managers to achieve sales objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Proven phone based sales experience; field sales experience advantageous.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Proactive, goal oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
  • Based in Riyadh and compliant with Saudization (KSA National requirement).
