Responsibilities
- Support employees through key moments in their career journey from onboarding and internal moves to promotions and departures
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, ensuring all HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain employee records and contribute to the integrity and quality of HR data
- Prepare essential employee documents, including salary certificates, employment letters, NOCs, and employment contracts
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries providing timely support and solutions through our HR service platform
- Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to continuously improve processes and deliver an outstanding employee experience
Requirements
- UAE National with UAE Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- HR Operations / Shared Services experience is a plus
- Hands on experience with Workday / SuccessFactors is a plus
- Experience using HR ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus

What You’ll Bring
- UAE National with UAE Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- HR Operations / Shared Services experience is a plus
- Hands on experience with Workday / SuccessFactors is a plus
- Experience using HR ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
