Responsibilities
- Interface with service providers to ensure on time imports and exports of shipments
- Manage all aspects of warehousing operations including inbound, inventory management, outbound reverse logistics and other administrative activities
- Work cross functionally, use lean management tools, adapt global standards/guidelines and sustainably solve root cause issues to achieve cost productivity, efficiencies, or service improvements
- Work closely with other Hilti functions such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing to ensure better service to customers
- Understand, interpret, and communicate global KPIs and performance management reporting
- Responsible for cost management and conducting necessary audits and checks to ensure risk mitigating controls are in place
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Logistics
- Strong Microsoft and PC skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- High level of motivation, customer focus, and continuous improvement mentality
- Detail orientated with analytical mindset and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with strict deadlines
- Willingness to work in operational and office environments

Overview
- The Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the Distribution Manager on all Supply Chain Execution activities related to Regional Distribution Centre operations.
- You will participate in cross functional activities/projects and assignments together with internal and external partners and continue to seek creative ways to improve the overall productivity of the organisation.
What You'll Do
- Interface with service providers to ensure on time imports and exports of shipments and on all aspects of warehousing operations including inbound, inventory management, outbound reverse logistics and other administrative activities.

What You’ll Bring
