- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Background in interior finishing or construction
- Strong relationship building and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English, Turkish is an advantage
- Self driven, team oriented, and customer focused
- A UAE driving license and willingness to travel
- Based in Dubai

Role Overview
- As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, you’ll be out in the field, building strong direct relationships with customers across construction sites, offices, and warehouses.
- You’ll deliver tailored Hilti solutions, driving growth by using our innovative tools, software, and services to build real, value driven partnerships and improve operational efficiency.
- You'll also proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction segments across Dubai.
What You'll do
