About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Follow systems ROTA and adhere to all operations shifts and SLA
- Participate in On Call rotations to address critical infrastructure issues outside business hours
- Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks
- Administer and manage cloud services, virtual machines, databases, and PaaS offerings on Azure and GCP
- Monitor and optimize the performance of IT Systems services
- Manage and optimize cloud storage solutions in Azure and GCP
- Maintain backup and recovery strategies
- Follow security best practices mandated by Information Security Assurance team
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders
- Maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
- Generate reports on cloud system performance, security, and other relevant metrics
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in IT Systems
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a focus on Azure and GCP
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, and storage
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments
- Certification in Microsoft Azure and Google is preferred

Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure and Google is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in IT Systems.
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a focus on Azure and GCP.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, and storage.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator and Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
