About the Role
We are looking for a proactive IT Support professional to monitor, maintain, and support enterprise IT systems and data center operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring system availability, performing routine checks, and providing Level-1 technical support.

- Monitor IT systems, servers, applications, and data center infrastructure
- Perform daily system checks, backups, and DR replication verification
- Provide L1 support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and uptime
- Respond to alerts, hardware failures, and system issues
- Maintain incident logs and prepare reports
- Support end of day activities for core banking systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of servers, storage (SAN/NAS), and OS (Windows/Linux)
- Understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper V/OpenShift) is a plus
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM processes
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Arabic proficiency preferred; good English required
