Vistas Global is seeking an ITSM Consultant or Professional Services Engineer.
The role requires hands-on experience with Perpetuuiti ITSM solutions and IT service management implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and configure Perpetuuiti ITSM solutions based on client requirements.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into ITSM solutions.
- Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Service Management modules.
- Design workflows, approval processes, SLAs, and notifications.
- Perform customization, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain third-party integrations using REST APIs and Web Services.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and production deployments.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Conduct client demonstrations, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve implementation-related issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders.
Required skillset
- 3–5 years of experience in ITSM implementation or professional services.
- Hands-on experience with Perpetuuiti ITSM solutions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management processes.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalogue, SLA, and Asset or Configuration Management.
- Experience configuring and customizing ITSM tools.
- Good knowledge of workflow and business-rule configuration.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.
- Basic to intermediate SQL and database knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in client-facing implementation or consulting projects.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred certifications
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Perpetuuiti product or platform certification is preferred.
- ITSM or ITIL-related certifications are preferred.
