Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through execution, go-live, handover, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and project controls.
- Coordinate with business, application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, PMO, and external vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, deliverables, SLAs, and performance.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, steering committee presentations, and executive reports.
- Lead project meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and operational handover.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory requirements, audit controls, information security, and governance standards.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies as required.
- Maintain project documentation including project charter, SOW, WBS, RAID log, risk register, change requests, implementation plans, and closure reports.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of proven IT Project Management experience.
- PMP / PMI certification.
- Banking industry experience.
- Strong experience in IT transformation / enterprise technology projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, change management, and stakeholder management.
