Role Overview
Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure while providing Help Desk and end-user technical support.
The role covers servers, networks, storage, hardware, software, virtualization, and infrastructure operations.
Infrastructure Operations
- Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and storage infrastructure.
- Perform routine monitoring and maintenance, support configurations, and help ensure infrastructure availability.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, technology implementations, and system performance assessments.
Help Desk and Network Support
- Provide first-line Help Desk and technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues within agreed service levels.
- Support network configurations, basic administration, connectivity troubleshooting, and network performance monitoring.
Servers and Incident Management
- Support physical and virtual server environments and monitor server health, availability, and performance.
- Maintain incident, service request, change, configuration, and troubleshooting records.
