Work closely with business and IT teams to improve processes, coordinate technology initiatives, support system implementation, and ensure adoption of enterprise applications and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT projects, system enhancements, integrations, and implementation activities.
- Support project planning, follow-up, action tracking, issue management, and status reporting.
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, functional specifications, user guides, SOPs, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, resolution, and business sign-off.
- Support system implementation, go-live readiness, and post-go-live activities.
- Conduct end-user training and provide functional support to business users.
- Drive system adoption, process standardisation, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Identify and coordinate proof-of-concept initiatives for business use cases.
- Identify opportunities for automation, improved reporting, AI-enabled solutions, and operational efficiency.
Required skills and experience
- At least three years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Project Coordinator, Digital Transformation Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Experience coordinating IT projects, system implementations, enhancements, integrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience using AI productivity tools to improve efficiency.
- Experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, SOPs, training materials, and user documentation.
- Experience supporting UAT, end-user training, system go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment is required.
Preferred experience
- Knowledge of analytics or automations is an added advantage.
- Experience training, guiding, or supporting end users in the use of technology tools is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, F&B, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain environments is preferred.
