Closing and Reporting
- Prepare monthly closing entries, accruals, prepayments, depreciation runs, and general ledger schedules.
- Perform credit card, employee balance, and other account reconciliations.
- Complete monthly or quarterly intercompany reconciliation and settlement entries.
Fixed Asset Accounting
- Manage fixed asset additions, disposals, depreciation schedules, and related reconciliations.
Audit Support
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for statutory and internal audits.
Compliance
- Ensure SOP and internal control compliance across the assigned area of responsibility.
Taxation
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tax returns and related supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Support accurate and timely monthly financial reporting activities.
- Perform account reconciliations, including credit card, employee balance, and intercompany accounts.
- Manage fixed asset accounting and related reconciliations.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for statutory and internal audits.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tax returns and supporting documentation.
