- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Manage VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper V infrastructure
- Configure and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune
- Manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
- Perform server patching, backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for infrastructure and end users
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and security compliance
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in System Administration, Networking, and IT Infrastructure Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper V
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewall administration
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills
